OOTD: Thanksgiving

hi guys! i'm finally updating my blog....finally. i hope everyone had a fabulous thanksgiving to those of you who live in the states. i had a wonderful one.

Sorry i haven't posted anything in almost a month. My life has been pretty hectic lately. with work and school and my grades being where they want to be i didn't really have any time to blog as much. I'll try to blog this week if not then next week because i'll have some time off from school for Thanksgiving break.

OOTD: Mens Attire

I'm sorry i haven't been posting lately. I've been working a lot and school has been pretty hectic, but i recently bought the Canon Rebel T3i and i am so impressed with it so far.

I was really second guessing myself on my outfit today because of the shoes. I usually conform to the trends that are going on, but you know what life is too short to care what people think about my shoes.

Shoes: I have no clue, but looked the brand up online and they are actually mens golf shoes.

OOTD: Skater

I don't have school today or tomorrow so I'm super happy that i can sleep more and i don't have to deal with my teachers and classmates for 2 days. Today i did some errands so i decided to go super casual today. I derived my outfit of a skater look by using a black knit beanie and my grey converse. My shirt was from the haul that i blogged about a couple of days and it is a little bit cropped so i paired it with my black high waisted jeans from Marshalls.

No awkward stances this time! :)

OOTD: Sporty 10/7/2014

makeup free face is where it's at.

It wasn't as chilly as i thought it was going to be considering it has been chilly over the past couple of days so i decided to dress super casual and easygoing. I've been really loving the sporty trend that has been going on and i just really love that varsity footbally type feel to my shirt. Sorry for standing at such an awkward stance in some of my pictures, i don't even know why, but i do.

Bloomingdales Concerns

I just ordered the Rebecca Minkoff 5 zip in black from Bloomingdales yesterday from my October Wishlist and I've been just looking around online for reviews on Bloomingdales in general because i have never ordered anything from them before (i know i know i'm stupid). I noticed that many of the customer reviews were very poor. Some people said that their order was cancelled when they never did. Some customers said that they were sent their item, but they were apparently used. I also noticed from the reviews that they have very poor customer service. I don't know why I'm doing this to myself, but it's good to know ahead of time if something were to happen. Right now my order is being processed and is suppose to be shipping out tomorrow.


I was just wondering if anyone had any problems with Bloomingdales.com orders?

let's keep our fingers crossed so nothing happens.

Forever 21 Haul

So i recently purchased a few items off of forever21.com and i decided to share what i bought and i had a coupon for 30% off and free shipping so i couldn't pass that deal up.
. Please disregard the quality of the photos as well as the background. I'm still in the process of piecing everything together.

 I bought this necklace because i needed a gold necklace to match with some clothing items that i bought recently and i really don't have any gold necklaces. I really like how it's tiered so it looks like 2 necklaces where in reality it's one. I really how it's dainty as well.

 I bought this black sweater because in all honesty who doesn't need another sweater in their wardrobe! I needed a black sweater because black goes with so many colors and outfits that i just had to get it. It's not too light yet it's not to heavy so it's perfect for the fall weather.

 I've been really loving the contrasting color/baseball tee trend going on right now and i decided to get myself this t shirt. I love the black on the sleeves and the collar as well as the color of the shirt itself. I tried it on and it's a little bit cropped, but it'll be perfect with some high waisted jeans.

I also really like the trend with bralettes so i decided to get myself one. I really love the lace detailing and i just love how comfortable it is. I might have to get a bigger size because i feel like this one is a little too small, but I'll think about it. This also comes in many different colors so i really recommend this.

It's Fall Time!

As most of you know October started yesterday or 2 days ago depending on where you live. Fall is definitely my favorite season out of the four because i love the cold/warm weather in the mornings and you can just cozy up in a blanket for a long time drinking some tea and just reading.

Here are just some of my fall favorites that I've been waiting for, for so long.

1. Sweaters: I'm pretty sure everyone loves sweaters, but I beyond love them. They come in so many different colors, prints, and lengths that there are too many to choose from. They are super versatile as well. Whether you want to dress it up with a skirt or just wear them with some yoga pants or sweatpants it doesn't really matter. I just really love sweaters.

2. Dark/Neutral Colors: Dark and neutral colors are a must have for fall. Fall to me seems like a dark and gloomy season and what do you wear on dark and gloomy days? dark colors! I absolutely adore wear dark colors any season, but fall is quite the exception. I love the black, brown, burgundy, and the olive toned colors so much. I love how they all can look good together without you looking to dark and mysterious.

3. Football Games: I'm a junior in high school so it's currently football season and that means football games. I actually went to my first high school game two weeks ago and I'm going to a football game tomorrow. I'm officially hooked. It's perfect weather for UG
Gs and a big baggy sweater unless of course you have a special theme for that certain football game. I just really love the atmosphere and you cheering on your high school classmates and teams.

4. Pumpkin Spice Lattes: As every white girl would know it's pumpkin spice latte season. I actually tried one today and i have to say it's pretty darn good. You can definitely taste the pumpkin and the bitterness of the coffee isn't too overpowering. it's perfect. i will definitely repurchase it again!

I've been wanting this bag for about 2 months now and i've been really indecisive whether to get it or not. From all the videos I've watched and all the reviews I've read it seems like a very functional bag and it comes at a decent price as well.

TopShop Moto Jean Jacket

I've been wanting a jean for a long time because it's a huge fall staple and a necessity in every wardrobe and this jean jacket is the perfect for for me and my style. It has rips and distressing on it and the denim color is the perfect shade to be paired with everything! 

Converse High Tops in Black

                               I've been really wanting a pair of converse high tops for a really long time because the converse that i currently have now are still from the 7th grade (I'm a junior in high school oops!) and i've needing a pair of quality sneakers that i can pair with anything and these are it.
